Frequently asked questions
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost to the mainland is 3,90€. It’s free for purchases over 50€, except for heavy products. At the moment before finalizing the purchase, when you enter your shipping address, you can make sure of the exact cost.
If the product arrives damaged, what should we do?
We meticulously prepare the package, ensuring it’s well protected, and we alert the courier about its fragility. However, instances of damage are rare. To initiate a claim with the courier and resend the product, we requiere a photo clearly showing the damage. Couriers acknowledge such situations and entertain claims within a maximum o 4 days from delivery. We’ll arrange for the collection of the damaged package and replace it with a new one of the same product.
In-store pickup.
In Ferrol, you can also collect your package from one of our stores. It’s usually ready within 2 hours, and if you prefer not to park, just let us know, and we’ll bring it to the door for you.
Can I return my order?
For any reason, you have 14 calendar days to decide whether you want to keep your purchase or not. You have to send us an email at we@acevedotiendas.com. Upon receiving your email, we’ll respond, indicating how and where to send the product. From that day, you have 10 days to return the package. The return shipping costs resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal will be covered by the buyer. The refund of the purchaseamount will made once the condition of the mernchandise has been verified, using the same payment method you used. We’ll notify you by email upon receipt. Remember! The product must reach us in perfect condition. Make sure to pack it well and instruct your courier to handle it with care.
Can I pay with a card without being registeres on Paypal
Yes! Absolutely. You have the option to do so, but only on a computer. During the payment process, you’ll see the option to enter your card details without being registered with Paypal. However, the mobile version of Paypal doesn’t provide that option for unregistered users.
